Services Property of the IFPCAuthenticationScheme Interface

The Services property gets or sets a value from the FpcServiceTypes enumerated type that specifies which services can use the authentication scheme.

Parameters

ServiceType
Value from the FpcServiceTypes enumerated type that specifies which services can use the authentication scheme.
pServiceType
Pointer to a variable that on return receives a value from the FpcServiceTypes enumerated type specifying which services can use the authentication scheme.

Return Value

These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.

Remarks

This property is read/write. Its default value is fpcServiceTypeWebProxyReverse, which indicates that the Forefront TMG Web proxy can use the authentication scheme in the reverse direction.

This property must be set to fpcServiceTypeWebProxyReverse, fpcServiceTypeWebProxyForward, or fpcServiceTypeWebProxyBoth when a Web filter registers the authentication scheme.
