);

);

  • pbstrRedirectUrl
    Pointer to a BSTR that is set on return to a string value specifying the URL to which HTTP requests blocked by the rule will be redirected.

Visual Basic

Property RedirectUrl As String

Property Value

String that specifies the URL to which HTTP requests blocked by the rule will be redirected.

Remarks

This property is read/write. Its default value is an empty string.

This property is applicable only if the Action property of the rule is set to fpcPolicyRuleActionDeny. If a URL is specified, Forefront TMG returns the URL specified to the client or user when an HTTP request is blocked by the rule. The URL must be specified in the format used in the following example: "https://widgets.microsoft.com/denied.htm"

Note  If you choose to redirect requests, the URL that you specify must be accessible to the clients or users selected. In other words, either the URL must be on an internal computer or some rule must explicitly allow access to the URL.
