RequireSSLClientCertificate Property of the IFPCFormsBasedAuthenticationProperties Interface

The RequireSSLClientCertificate property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether HTTPS requests sent without an SSL client certificate will be denied before the HTML form is presented to the user.

Parameters

  • fRequireSSLClientCertificate
    Boolean value that indicates whether HTTPS requests sent without an SSL client certificate will be denied before the HTML form is presented to the user.

  • pfRequireSSLClientCertificate
    Pointer to a Boolean variable that is set on return to VARIANT_TRUE if HTTPS requests sent without an SSL client certificate will be denied before the HTML form is presented to the user, or to VARIANT_FALSE if HTTPS requests sent without an SSL client certificate will not be denied before the HTML form is presented to the user.

Return Value

These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.

Remarks

This property is read/write. Its default value is False (VARIANT_FALSE in C++).
