Enabled Property of the IFPCHTTPCompressionConfiguration Interface

The Enabled property gets or sets a Boolean value that indicates whether HTTP compression is enabled.

Parameters

  • fEnabled
    Boolean value that indicates whether HTTP compression is enabled.

  • pfEnabled
    Pointer to a Boolean variable that is set on return to VARIANT_TRUE if HTTP compression is enabled, or to VARIANT_FALSE if HTTP compression is disabled.

Return Value

These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.

Boolean value that indicates whether HTTP compression is enabled.

Remarks

This property is read/write. Its default value is True (VARIANT_TRUE in C++).

This property is ignored and HTTP compression is disabled if the Compression Filter or the Caching Compressed Content Filter is disabled.

Server Requires Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows Server 2008 x64 Edition with SP2.
