Name Property of the IFPCLDTEntry Interface

The Name property gets or sets the domain name for one or more servers in the local network.

Parameters

  • bstrName
    BSTR that specifies the domain name for one or more servers in the local network.

  • pbstrName
    Pointer to a BSTR that is set on return to a string value specifying the domain name for one or more servers in the local network.

Return Value

These property methods return S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, they return an error code.

Remarks

This property is read/write.

The domain name specified in this property may represent one of the following:

  • A single computer, which is specified by its fully qualified domain name (FQDN).
  • All the computers in a domain, which are specified by a string of the form "*.<domain_name>".
  • All the computers in all domains in the network, which are specified by an asterisk (*).

Requirements

Client Requires Windows 7 or Windows Vista.
Server Requires Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows Server 2008 x64 Edition with SP2.
Version Requires Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG) 2010.
