Item Method of the IFPCPathMappings Interface

The Item method retrieves the requested FPCPathMapping object (IFPCPathMapping interface in C++) from the collection.

Syntax

  [in]   VARIANT Index,
  [out]  IFPCPathMapping** pItem
);

Parameters

  • Index
    Required. Internal path in the mapping or one-based index of the object to retrieve.

  • pItem
    Address of a variable that receives a pointer to the IFPCPathMapping interface requested.

Return Value

This method can return one of the following:

  • S_OK, indicating that the operation succeeded.
  • An error code, indicating that the operation failed. In this case, the [out] parameter returned is a null object.

Return Value

This method returns a reference to the FPCPathMapping object requested if successful. Otherwise, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.
