Clone Method of the IFWXIpFilter Interface

The Clone method returns a copy of an IP filter. The copy will contain the same ranges of IP addresses as the original.

Syntax

HRESULT Clone(
  [out]  IFWXIpFilter** ppIpFilter
);

Parameters

  • ppIpFilter
    Address of a variable that receives a pointer to the IFWXIpFilter interface.

Return Value

This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.

Server Requires Windows Server 2008 R2 or Windows Server 2008 x64 Edition with SP2.
Version Requires Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG) 2010.
