ClientStorageLimitInMegs Property of the IFPCConnectionLimit3 Interface
The ClientStorageLimitInMegs property gets or sets the maximum disk space, in megabytes, that may be allocated for temporary storage for a single client.

A 32-bit integer that specifies the maximum disk space, in megabytes, that may be allocated for temporary storage for a single client.plClientStorageLimitInMegs
