MoveDown Method of the IFPCNetworkRules Interface
The MoveDown method moves the specified rule one step down the list of network rules, which corresponds to their order of application.

Parameters
- index
Required. Index (the current position indicated by the Order property) of the rule to move down.
Return Value
This method returns S_OK if the call is successful; otherwise, it returns an error code.

Required. Index (the current position indicated by the Order property) of the rule to move down.
Return Value
This method has no return values. If the call is unsuccessful, an error is raised that can be intercepted by using an error handler.
Remarks
The MoveUp method moves a rule one step up the list of network rules.
