Assigning Channels
This procedure allows the administrator to change the assignment of channels to agents.
To modify a Channel assignment, use the following steps:
In the Admin Console, expand the root node *<machineName>*in the left-hand tree pane.
Click the Channels Node.
Click the desired channels or use the search function (right-click the list view area) to locate the channels that are to be modified.
Type the Name of the channel in the search window. All channels matching the specified name will be listed in the List View pane.
Right-click the desired channel name in the List View pane and click Properties.
The channel assignments are displayed in 2-tabbed pages as shown below. These tab pages contain the same screens, which appear in the Creating a New Channel wizard.
The CCF Administrator can modify a channel’s assignments on any of the pages as explained in Creating a New Channel.
Click OK to save the changes and close the properties window.
