Configuring Discovery Service

DCS supports the use of MMC to manage the Discovery Service. You can use MMC to configure all service instances on the network and to assign scopes to the services that they will use in the discovery system. You can then configure the Discovery Service to determine if a suitable contract (that is, one that allows the scope to specified and applied) is available at a specified endpoint.
