If an error message appears but does not contain information that you need to resolve the problem, you can consult the following resources:

  • Product Unit Team Blog For the latest news, strategies, suggestions, and workaround solutions for issues that you encounter when you use Visual Studio Team Lab Management, see VSTS Lab Management team blog.

  • **Knowledge Base Articles   **You can search the Knowledge Base (KB) online for articles about product issues. Not all issues have a corresponding article, but errors that a significant number of customers have encountered are typically documented. You can access these articles on the following page of the Microsoft Web site: Microsoft Help and Support.

  • **The Developer Community   **By reading and creating posts in forums, you can interact with other developers, in addition to Microsoft employees. If you encounter an error for which you cannot find a resolution, you can post questions about the issue on a forum. You can also search the newsgroups to determine whether other users have posted about the same issue. You can access forums, blogs, chats, and other resources on the following page of the Microsoft Web site: Microsoft Technical Communities.

  • **Product Support   **If you still have questions after you try the other resources, you can contact Microsoft support services from the following page on the Microsoft Web site: Microsoft Help and Support. For information about product support that is available in your area, see Getting Help from Microsoft Support (Visual Studio).
