SoapReceiver.Receive Method (SoapEnvelope, Exception)

Provides notification when a SOAP message is received and there was an exception in the pipeline.

Parameters

  • filterException
    The System.Exception thrown in the pipeline.

Remarks

The default behavior for this method is to do nothing.

Note

Because the SOAP message has not successfully passed through the pipeline, it cannot be trusted.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
