Loads the contents of the specified XML element into properties of the BinarySecret.

Parameters

element
The System.Xml.XmlElement to load into the properties of the BinarySecret.

Exceptions

Exception type	Condition
System.ArgumentNullException	element is null.

Remarks

The contents of the <BinarySecret> element must be base 64 encoded.
