Property Value
One of the TypeFormat values specifying the format of the payload type.
Remarks
The TypeFormat property should be used to interpret the Type property. For example, if TypeFormat is Microsoft.Web.Services2.Dime.TypeFormat.MediaType, then a valid Type value would be "plain/text; charset=utf-8" or "image/jpeg".
