Remarks
WSE allows a Web service to issue security tokens that can be used to sign and/or encrypt SOAP messages sent to and from the Web service. A SOAP message sender makes a security token request to obtain a security token. A TrustFault is thrown when a security token request fails. For more details about issuing security tokens, see Issuing Security Tokens.
