Checks if the SecurityCollection contains a Security with a specified actor.

Parameters

actor
A string containing the specific receiver that the SOAP message is targeting.

Return Value

true if the SecurityCollection contains a Security object corresponding to the actor; otherwise, false.

Exceptions

Exception type	Condition
System.ArgumentNullException	actor is null.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
