Checks if the SecurityCollection contains a Security with a specified actor.

Parameters

actor
A URI containing the specific receiver that the SOAP message is targeting.

Return Value

true if the SecurityCollection contains a Security object corresponding to the actor; otherwise, false.

Exceptions

Exception type	Condition
System.ArgumentNullException	actor is null.
