Parameters

A SecurityTokenMessage that represents the request being made to the security token service.

Remarks
The entropy value is encrypted using the RequestEntropyEncryptingToken property. If the RequestEntropyEncryptingToken property is null, the entropy value is not encrypted.
The EnforceRequestConfidentiality method is called by the EnforceRequestPolicy method.
