Checks the format of the SOAP envelope after loading.

Exceptions

SoapFormatException

The root element is not a SOAP <Envelope> element.

The root element has an invalid namespace.

-or-

The SOAP envelope contains more than one <Header> or <Body> element.

-or-

The SOAP envelope contains elements other than <Header> or <Body>.

Remarks

If the SOAP envelope's declaration contains an encoding value, this method sets the Encoding property to that value.
