Property Value
true if the associated SOAP message is outgoing and a response is not expected; otherwise, false. The default value is false.
Remarks
All responses are treated as OneWay messages, requests that do not require a response are marked as OneWay. This property is not valid at all locations in the message processing stack.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
