UriList.Insert Method

Inserts a Uri into the UriList at the specified index.

Exception type	Condition
ArgumentOutOfRangeException	index is smaller than 0 or larger that the total number of Uri in the current UriList.
ArgumentNullException	uri is null.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
