Gets the security token that is stored in an <EncryptedKey> element.

An EncryptedKey that contains the entropy value.

The EncryptedKey property is set in a constructor when the security token is encrypted.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
