An IList containing the collection of XML elements for the timestamp.

The AnyElements property contains any elements assigned to the timestamp, except for <Created>, <Expires>, and <Received>.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
