Gets or sets a value that indicates whether the soft input panel (SIP) is enabled or disabled.

Property Value
Type: System.Boolean
true if the SIP is enabled; otherwise, false.
Remarks
The SIP is enabled when it appears in the application.
When you change the Enabled property to true or false, the EnabledChanged event is raised.
