Assembly:  Microsoft.Ink (in Microsoft.Ink.dll)

Syntax

'Declaration

Dim instance As TabletPropertyDescriptionCollection
Dim value As Single

}
public function get InkToDeviceScaleY () : float

The conversion factor for the vertical axis from ink space to digitizer coordinates.

Remarks

The InkToDeviceScaleX and InkToDeviceScaleY properties affect the internal representation of strokes created with the CreateStroke(array<Int32[], TabletPropertyDescriptionCollection) method.

Multiply the y-coordinate in ink space by this property to get the y-coordinate in digitizer units.

Examples

In this example, a TabletPropertyDescriptionCollection collection is created and both the InkToDeviceScaleX property and the InkToDeviceScaleY property retreived.

Dim tpdc As TabletPropertyDescriptionCollection = New TabletPropertyDescriptionCollection()
Dim scaleX As Single = tpdc.InkToDeviceScaleX
Dim scaleY As Single = tpdc.InkToDeviceScaleY
TabletPropertyDescriptionCollection tpdc = new TabletPropertyDescriptionCollection();
float scaleX = tpdc.InkToDeviceScaleX;
float scaleY = tpdc.InkToDeviceScaleY;
