Examples

The following two examples show how to use InputAreaChanged.

The first example attaches an InputAreaChanged event handler, tip_InputAreaChanged, to the TextInputPanel object, tip.

AddHandler tip.InputAreaChanged, AddressOf tip_InputAreaChanged
tip.InputAreaChanged += new EventHandler<InputAreaChangeEventArgs>(tip_InputAreaChanged);

The second example defines an event handler for the InputAreaChanged event where the NewArea value is used to set the TextBox.Text property of a TextBox, outputTextBox.

Sub tip_InputAreaChanged(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As InputAreaChangeEventArgs)
    outputTextBox.Text += "Input Area Changed to " + e.NewArea.ToString() + Environment.NewLine
End Sub
void tip_InputAreaChanged(object sender, InputAreaChangeEventArgs e)
{
    outputTextBox.Text += "Input Area Changed to " + e.NewArea + Environment.NewLine;
}
