Factoid.KanjiRare Field
A constant string value that is used to increase recognition accuracy by providing a context of rarely used Kanji characters to a recognizer.

Remarks
The string that indicates to a recognizer to look for rarely used Kanji characters.
This factoid is not supported in version 1.0 of the Tablet PC SDK.
