Audit Trails

Explains how to install, upgrade, set up, and use Audit Trails to track the change history for any data changes that occur in Microsoft Dynamics GP. Audit Trails helps you comply with regulations that govern how you secure, manage, and control business data. These regulations include the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

Date Effective Tax Rates

Describes how to set up various tax percentages for a tax detail ID, based on various date ranges, as specified by the tax authority. The tax percentages are used for transactions that occur in the specified date ranges. The document also explains how to regenerate taxes and describes related reports.

Electronic Signatures

Describes how to install, set up, and use Electronic Signatures to enable authorizations for system changes, and to attach reason codes and comments to the change history. Electronic Signatures helps you comply with regulations that govern how you secure, manage, and control business data. These regulations include the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

GDPdU Data Export

Describes how to install and use GDPdU Data Export to extract tax-related data from Microsoft Dynamics GP. In Germany, this data is sent to an auditor before the final report is submitted to the tax authorities.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Adapter

Describes how to use the adapter to integrate data for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics GP. For example, you can integrate Microsoft Dynamics GP customers with Microsoft Dynamics CRM contacts. You can then view up-to-date customer and contact information in both systems.

System Setup Guide

Describes how to set up information about companies, taxes, and users. This information includes payment terms and information about user access. The document also recommends additional tools that can be used to set up and customize Microsoft Dynamics GP, and includes information about organizational structures and business alerts.

System User's Guide

Introduces the Microsoft Dynamics GP system and interface. The document includes information about integrations, data processing, and reports.

Workflow Administrator's Guide

Describes how to set up the Workflow system, and how to create individual workflows, or approval processes. A workflow defines how a document or batch flows through the system by indicating the users who must approve the document or batch, and the conditions under which those users must approve the document or batch. The document also explains how to set up approval workflows for purchase orders, sales quotes, credit limit overrides, and financial batches.
