DimensionFocusInitializeBalance::scheduleProcessFullRebuild Method [AX 2012]
Schedules the rebuild of all the balance sets that are initialized through scheduled batch.

Remarks
This will only process initialized dimension sets, it excludes those that are in process and those that are not initialized.
