Write a delivery mode value.

- _deliveryMode
Type: DlvModeId Extended Data Type
The delivery mode value to write.
- _startPos
Type: int
The requested starting position of the value on the current line of the writer output.
- _length
Type: int
The number of characters that the file format should allocate for the value that is written.
Remarks
Only the first character of the delivery mode is written.
