ReleaseUpdateDB60_HRM.updateOMHierarchyRelationship Method [AX 2012]

Migrates the existing records in the DirPartyRelationship table that relate departments to each other in the OMHierarchyRelationship table, removing the old records when the migration is finished.

A Decision has been made not to upgrade the Hierarchy data to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
