Changes a field by its name.

  Type: IdentifierName Extended Data Type
  The old SQL name.

• _tabIdOld
  Type: TableId Extended Data Type
  The old table ID.

• _tabIdNew
  Type: TableId Extended Data Type
  The new table ID.

  Type: FieldId Extended Data Type
  The new field ID.
