Updates the MainFocusHierarchy and SecondaryFocusHierarchyfields of the LedgerBalHeaderDim table.

Sets the MainFocusHierarchy and SecondaryFocusHierarchy fields to the RecId field of the DimensionHierarchy table that correspond to the del_MainFocus and del_SecondaryFocus respectively.
