Migrates the domestic VAT for export sales related fields on SalesTable, CustInvoiceJour table, CustInvoiceTrans table, LedgerJournalTrans table to the new ExportSalesOrder table, the ExportSalesInvoice table, the ExportSalesInvoiceLineDomesticTaxGroup table, and the ExportSalesInvoiceDomesticTaxVoucher table.
