DMFComparisonEntityList::addEntitytoComparisonEntityList Method
Adds an entity to the DMFComparisonEntityList table

- _entityList
Type: container
The list of entities to be inserted in to the DMFComparisonEntityList
- _groupName
Type: DMFDefinationGroupName Extended Data Type
Name of the group to which the entity belongs to.
