EFDocumentReceivedXmlView_BR::findOrCreate Method

Finds the EFDocumentReceivedXmlView_BR register related to the EFDocumentReceivedXml_BR.

This table contains the fields extracted from the NF-e xml received from a vendor.

If the register is not found, then, the method will create it in case there is a xml.
