ProjGroup.wipCostValue Method
Returns, and optionally sets, the ledger account for WIP minus cost value that will be used by projects in a project group.

A Boolean value that specifies whether to set the ledger account for WIP minus cost value to the value of the _ledgerAccount parameter.

Remarks
When associated with a control on a form, this method is automatically called every time that the form is redrawn, and the _set parameter will be true if the user has entered anything in the control.
