Retrieves the available queues that can be selected for the WorkflowWorkItemQueue group

A set of record IDs that represent the available queues in the WorkflowWorkItemQueue group.
Remarks
A WorkflowWorkItemQueue is available if it has not already been selected for another WorkflowWorkItemQueue group.
