Gets the overall status of the catalog import file.

A string that indicates the status of the catalog file.
Remarks
The status of the catalog file will be decided based on the total approved products and total products released in legal entity.
The catalog file uses the following three strings to show its status:
1. Not released[A/B]*.
2. Released[A/B].
3. Partially released[A/B].
*A = Total released products in legal entity.
*B = Total products.
