Displays the amount charged on the credit card, alongwith the credit card currency code.

The amount charged on the credit card, alongwith the credit card currency code.
Remarks
This display method is used, when the credit card currency code is different from the accounting currency code.
When the currencies are the same, this is not needed, as the amount in company currency would have the same value.
