FormComboBoxControl.beginDrag Method

Is called when the user starts to drag a form control.

Syntax

public int beginDrag(int x, int y)

Parameters

  • x
    Type: int
    An integer value that indicates the x-coordinate of the mouse pointer. The coordinate is relative to the upper-left corner of the control.
  • y
    Type: int
    An integer value that indicates the y-coordinate of the mouse pointer. The coordinate is relative to the upper-left corner of the control.

Return Value

Type: int
0 (zero) if the event has been handled.

Remarks

This event is not raised unless the DragDrop property is enabled for the control.

To drag a control, a user presses the mouse button in the control area and then moves the mouse pointer.

Examples

The following example displays the x-coordinate and y-coordinate in the Infolog when the user starts to drag the form combo box control.
