Budget configuration key (LedgerBasicBudget)

The Budget configuration key controls access to basic budgeting. When this key is enabled, you can define the financial dimensions for budgets, create budget models, and set up and use budget register entries. You can also set up budgeting workflows, if your organization requires that budget register entries be approved by a user other than the user who entered them. You can enable or disable this key in the License configuration form.
