Calculations (Production order price calculations) (form)

Click Production control > Common > Production orders > All production orders. Select a production order. On the Action Pane, click the View tab. In the Related information group, click Price calculation.
Use this form to analyze estimated and actual costs that are related to components and routing operations for a production order. View the cost of goods sold information in the costing sheet format. Analyze the source of production variances for an ended production order for a standard cost item.

Type |
Show an icon that designates the type of line. The types include a purchased item, a manufactured item, a routing operation, an indirect cost, and the production end-item. |
Number |
Show the production order number. |
Level |
Show the relative level in the product structure, where level 0 (zero) applies to the production end-item, for the line. |
Item/Resource |
Show the item, operations resource, or indirect cost node for the line. |
Unit |
Show the unit of measure. |
Sales price per unit |
Show the calculated sales price for the line. |
Estimated consumption |
Show the estimated quantity for the line. |
Realized consumption |
Show the actual quantity that was reported. |
Estimated cost amount |
Show the estimated cost for the line. |
Realized cost amount |
Show the actual cost for the line. |
Date |
Show the last transaction date for reporting of actual consumption. |
Operation |
Show the operation that is related to a routing operation or component. |
Dimensions |
Show the inventory dimensions that are related to an item. |

Show whether the line relates to a BOM component. |
Calculation group |
Show the BOM calculation group that is associated with the line. |

Type |
Show the type of the line. The types include item, BOM and service for a component; setup, process and quantity for a routing operation; surcharge and rate for an indirect cost; and production for the end item. |
Vendor account |
Show the vendor identifier when trade agreements have been used to determine a component's cost. |
Quantity |
Show the estimated consumption quantity for the selected line. |
Variable |
Show the variable consumption quantity for the selected line. |
Constant |
Show the constant consumption quantity for the selected line. |
Cost amount |
Show the estimated cost for the selected line. |
Cost amount charges |
Show the estimated charges for the selected line. |
Cost price model |
Show the source of cost data for a purchased item. The options are the costing version or the basis that is embedded throughout a BOM calculation group. |
Sales amount |
Show the estimated sales amount for the selected line. |
Sales price model |
Show the basis for a calculated sales price for the line. The options are a cost-plus-markup approach that is based on the cost group, or a rolled-price approach that is based on the active sales price for the item. |
Quantity |
Show the quantity consumed. |
Consumption |
Show the actual quantity that was consumed. |
Cost amount |
Show the amount for the actual consumption quantity. |
Adjustment |
Show the amount for the adjustment. |
Mode |
Select whether the costing sheet should display the estimated or actual costs for the production order.

Select the level to display costing sheet information.

Per |
Select Indicate the basis to display costing sheet information.

Quantity |
Enter a quantity to display costing sheet information. |
Total |
Show the total costs for the costing sheet code, which equals the variable plus fixed costs. |
