Fixed asset statement rows (form)

Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Feature Pack, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012

Click Fixed assets > Setup > Fixed asset statement rows.

Use this form to create the rows of the fixed asset statement and define the row type for each row that you create.

Note

To print a report that includes information about the rows that you have defined, use the Fixed asset statement form. (Click Fixed assets > Reports > External > Fixed asset statement.)

In the report, you can select Show fixed assets not included to print the fixed assets that have not yet been included in the statement rows that have a row type of Total.

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Totals

For each line with a row type of Total, open a form where you can define which fixed assets are included in the selected total.

Up

Move the selected Header or Total line up in the row sequence.

Down

Move the selected Header or Total line down in the row sequence.

Row name

The name of the fixed asset statement row.

Row type

Specify the type for the current row.
