Listings (form)

Click Retail > Common > Retail channels > Online stores. In the Online stores list, select an online store, and then, on the Action Pane, in the Listings group, click Listings.

Click Retail > Common > Retail channels > Online stores. In the Online stores list, open an online store. In the Online store form, on the Action Pane, in the Listings group, click Listings.

Click Retail > Common > Catalogs > Catalogs. In the Catalogs list select a catalog in the list, and then, on the Action Pane, in the Maintain group, click Edit. In the Catalogs form, select a category in the hierarchy, and then on the Products FastTab, click Listings.

Use this form to view the product listings that are created, modified, or deleted for an online store. Product listings are generated when a retail product catalog is published to an online store.

Listing status

Filter the list of product listings by status.

Effective

The effective date of the product catalog from which the product listing is generated.

Expiration

The expiration date of the product catalog from which the product listing is generated.

Requested listing action

The action that generated the product listing such as Publish or Expire.

Listing status

The listing status that is updated by the Microsoft Dynamics AX Commerce Runtime. The following statuses are displayed:

  • In progress – This status is set when you publish, republish, or retract a catalog.

  • Success – This status is set when the publishing process is completed and the product listings have been created in the online store.

  • Error – The product listing could not be processed due to an error.

Channel listing ID

The listing ID that is assigned to the product listing when it is created in the online store.
