Click Accounts receivable > Setup > e-Invoice > e-invoice.

Use this form to set up eInvoices.

(NOR) This form is available only to legal entities whose primary address is in Norway.

Navigating the form

The following tables provide descriptions for the controls in this form.

Tabs

Tab	Description
Overview	Enter or view information for the selected eInvoice.
General	Enter or view information for the selected eInvoice.
eInvoice header	Define fields for the selected eInvoice header.
eInvoice lines	Define the length and alignment for fields in the selected eInvoice.

Fields

Field	Description
e-invoice	Enter an identification code for the selected eInvoice.
Name	Enter a name for the eInvoice.
Template	Enter the template for the selected eInvoice.
Query name	Select the query for the selected eInvoice.
Heading	Enter the heading to use for the selected eInvoice.
Phone title	Enter text for the phone title to be displayed on the eInvoice.
Telefax title	Enter text for the telefax title to be displayed on the eInvoice.
E-mail title	Enter text for the email title to be displayed on the eInvoice.
eInvoice field	Select the header field for the eInvoice as Invoice amount, Due date, Invoice date, Invoice number, eInvoice reference, Payment ID, Customer heading, Invoice payer header, Line heading, Free text top, Free text bottom, Free field 1, Free field 2, Free field 3, Free field 4, or Free field 5.
Table name	Select the table for the field that you selected in the eInvoice field field.
Field name	Select the field name for the field that you selected in the eInvoice field field.
Heading	Enter a heading for the field that you selected in the eInvoice field field.
From position	Enter the starting position of the text for the field that you selected in the eInvoice field field.
Length	Enter the length of text for the field that you selected in the eInvoice field field.
To position	Enter the ending position of the text for the field that you selected in the eInvoice field field.
Table name	Select the table for the field that you selected in the eInvoice field field.
Field name	Select the field name for the table that you selected in the Name of table field.
Alignment	Select the alignment type for the text in the eInvoice field field as Left adjusted or Right adjusted.
Heading	Enter a heading for the text that you selected in the eInvoice field field.
