Catalog |
Create, copy, delete, publish, preview, activate, or inactivate a catalog. You can also view documents that are attached to the selected catalog. |

Catalog |
Create a new catalog. Enter the name for the new catalog, and select whether to use the procurement category hierarchy to create the catalog categories or create the catalog categories manually. |
Copy catalog |
Create a catalog by copying an existing catalog. |
Delete |
Delete a catalog from the catalog list. A catalog must have a catalog status of Inactive before it can be deleted. |
Publish catalog |
Publish any catalog updates and product images on the procurement site. This button applies only to existing catalogs for which the Default update type field is set to Static. Note When you create a procurement catalog for the first time, you must click the Publish catalog button so that the catalog can be displayed on the procurement site. However, actual availability of the catalog is controlled by the catalog policy rule that is defined for the requester’s organization. For more information about how to set up a catalog policy rule, see Set up a procurement catalog policy rule. |
Activate catalog |
Activate a catalog so that it can be published and the contents of the catalog can be viewed on the procurement site. Note Before a catalog can be displayed on the procurement site, it must have an active status. |
Inactivate catalog |
Remove a catalog from the procurement site, but maintain it in the catalog list. |
Preview catalog |
View the catalog on the Web browser before you let users access it on the procurement site. |
