Publish catalog (form)

Click Retail > Common > Catalogs > Catalogs. In the Catalogs list, select a catalog, and then on the Action Pane, in the Maintain group, click Edit. In the Catalogs form, on the Action Pane, in the Publish group, click Publish.

Use this form to publish a retail product catalog. When you publish a catalog, products and product related information are made available in a specific online store. You can publish your catalogs manually or by using a batch process to publish based on a schedule.

Publish

Select one of the following publishing actions for the catalog:

  • Only products that have changed – Select this option to publish only product changes that were made to a catalog that has already been published.

  • All products – Select this option if this is the first time the catalog is being published, or if you want to republish the entire catalog.

Channel name

The name of the online store that is assigned to the catalog.

New

The number of new products that will be published to the online store.

Updated

The number of products that will be updated in the online store when the catalog is published.

Deleted

The number of products that will be deleted from the online store when the catalog is published.

Last validation date

The date when the validation process was last run for the catalog.

Result

An icon that indicates whether the catalog had any errors or warnings when the validation process was last run. You can view the validation details for each channel that is assigned to the catalog.
