Click System administration > Inquiries > Batch jobs > Batch jobs. Click Alerts.

Click Home > Inquiries > Batch jobs > My batch jobs. Click Alerts.

The following table provides descriptions for the controls in this form.

Fields

Field	Description
Send email alerts for job status changes	Select the change in job status that you want to be notified of. You can receive a notification when the job status is changed to Ended, Error, or Canceled.
Other alerts	Select the type of notification that you want to receive. The notification can be a pop-up window or an e-mail message. These options vary, depending on the notification settings in the Options form. (Click System administration > Common > Users > Users. Click Options, and then click Notifications.)
